This Sunday, we are pleased to welcome Dr. P. Paramanandam who is the pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church in Chennai, India.
In 1997, Dr. P had a vision of planting 1000 churches in all over India. In order to facilitate that vision, he started Calvary Baptist Bible College in order to reach India for Christ.
Calvary Baptist Bible College is committed to training young Christians from all over India who are called of God. The college provides them food and accommodation for three years to obtain a B.Th. degree. On graduation, they are sent back to their hometowns to preach the gospel in their own languages and to plant churches where there is no church.
India has more than 1.25 Billion people, but only 3% are Christians. It is the vision of Dr. Paramanandam and Calvary Baptist Church in India to reach India for Christ.
